Products & certification

All diamonds we sell are laboratory-grown diamonds as defined by the FTC, independently graded by IGI or GIA. Product images may be enlarged or rendered to show detail; the certificate accompanying each item is the authoritative statement of its grade. Minor variations between photographed and delivered items in hand-finished mountings are normal.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where required. We may correct pricing errors; if a price was materially incorrect, we will contact you before processing and you may cancel without penalty.

Shipping & risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery (signature). In case of carrier loss or damage, our insurance process applies — see the Shipping Policy.

Liability
