Domestic (United States)

Free insured shipping on all orders. In-stock items ship within 2–3 business days and arrive 5–7 business days after order confirmation. You will receive tracking by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. We do not ship to PO boxes — a physical address and adult signature are required for insured delivery.

International

We ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Contact us before ordering and we will confirm the total landed cost in writing.

Packaging & discretion

Pieces travel in unbranded outer packaging (no indication of valuable contents), with the certificate in a separate document pouch. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, it is fully insured — we replace or refund, and you are never out of pocket.
