30-day return window

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. The item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and include the original diamond certificate. Contact [email protected] first — we will issue a return authorization and a fully insured return shipping label.

Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after the returned piece arrives and passes inspection.

Exceptions

• Custom-designed, engraved, or resized-to-order pieces are final sale — these are made specifically for you.
• Items returned without the original certificate cannot be accepted, as the certificate must travel with the stone.
• Shipping fees on the original order are non-refundable where charged.

Warranty

Separately from returns, every piece carries a lifetime craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects in settings and metalwork, with free annual inspection. The diamond certificate is issued by an independent institute (IGI or GIA) — grade disputes are handled by the institute, and we will assist with submission.
